Session 1: On Site Planning (2 hours)
The planning phase is critical because this is the moment where your photographers tasks are defined. In the hustle and bustle of your wedding day, many small details can be forgotten. This phase of your wedding photography project will eliminate missing specific shots that you want us to capture. For group shots, family members are identified and group shots are defined. If there is a specific look or style you want, this is the time to talk about it. Bringing sample photographs that you like are encouraged. We want to know what your vision is and we want to share our ideas.
Additionally, we will visit the location of the ceremony to carefully plan the Bride and Groom session on the day of the ceremony. This will allow us to take test photos of the site so together we can plan out the most important photoshoot of the wedding day, the bride and groom solo work.
Session 2: Engagement Session (2 hours)
Once we have established the type of photos you would like, we then move to your pre-wedding or engagement shoot. This will give us an opportunity to work together in a relaxed setting and get you familiar with the session process. We can bring the studio to you or meet at a location of your choosing.
Session 3: Your Wedding Day (8 hours)
The wedding day is finally here and you can be sure that we will capture your memorable moments. From the preparation of the bride, together with her bridesmaids, to the groom waiting and the grand arrival. The Ceremony itself is sensitively captured, followed by both formal and informal group shots and the newly-weds mingling with their guests.

Session 4: The Reception (2 hours)
Once the ceremony is complete, your families and guests will be candidly captured enjoying the reception celebration. This session will be shot in a photojournalistic manner and usually results in the most entertaining photos of the day. Our team will be there, immortalizing every moment that will be enjoyed for years to come.
Post Processing Touch Up’s
The techniques used for the post photo shoot processing are the same methods used by high end fashion magazines. The difference is, we do not airbrush out the essence of who you are. Fashion magazines and advertising often modify the subject to a point where they almost look like a different person. Instead, we clean up photos, airbrush imperfections and sometimes merge two photos for the absolute perfect shot.
Once the touch up process is complete, your photos will be available online to show family and friends. From this set of proofs, you can choose prints, save to your local hard drive or send links to friends. Your photos will be delivered to you in a beautifully designed DVD
• Digital Files – Online proofs, DVD With all post processed and raw photos
• Copyright Release Statement – All rights for all images are granted to the customer
Additionally, the bride and groom will receive a 10% discount on all future photoshoots!
